Our Director, Crystal L. Bailey, had the pleasure of contributing to a recent blog post by Without Clouds, an amazing team of event experience designers who produce meetings, conferences and special events for trade associations, corporations, non-profits, and the public sector.
Regarding interacting with disgruntled guests reluctant to wear a mask Bailey advised: ” very often it’s best to move the conversation away from the crowd. Avoid disrupting other attendees or embarrassing the non-mask wearer. I know it’s not the most comfortable, but for your safety and the safety of others, masks are required for participation.”
